This is a story - I promise it's true

A tale of a crafty ol' robbery crew
솜씨가 좋은 강도단에 대한 이야기야.

They could clean any safe in a minute or two
그들은 1~2분 안에 모든 금고를 털어낼 수 있었어

They had hit every bank... and post office too
그들은 모든 은행과... 우체국까지 털었지

They had snatched every diamond and valuable gem
그들은 모든 다이아몬드와 값비싼 보석들을 훔쳤어

Seemed like nothing could offer a challenge to them
그들에게 못할 일이라고는 아무것도 없어보였지

Then one Christmas they hatched a most brilliant score:
그리고 어느 크리스마스날 그들은 가장 훌륭한 계획을 만들어냈어

A plan for a heist... not attempted before
이전에 시도되지 않았던... 그런 강도짓을 말이지

So they painted their guns white and learned how to ski
그래서 그들은 총을 하얗게 도색했고 스키타는 법을 배웠어

They got their disguise from a Christmas tree
그들의 위장을 크리스마스 나무에서 뜯어왔지

Then they went to the North Pole as fast as could be
그리고 가능한 한 빨리 북극으로 갔어

They were going to rob... Santa's toy factory
그들은... 산타의 장난감 공장을 털기로 한거야

(My kind of crew - like taking candy from a baby!)
(우리 크루들 - 아기한테서 사탕을 빼앗는 것과도 같지!)

They traveled through blizzards for over a week
그들은 일주일동안 눈보라 속에서 걸어왔어

'Til they saw Santa's factory up on a peak
산 정상에 있는 산타의 공장을 보았을 때 까지 말이야

By the candy cane fence they then started to sneak
막대사탕 담장 옆에서 그들은 살금살금 가기로 했어

Seemed security there - was surprisingly weak
그곳의 경비는 - 놀랄 정도로 약해보였지

'Round the factory building came elves on the way
엘프들이 공장 주변에서 오기 시작했어

Bringing bags full of toys down to Santa's big sleigh
장난감으로 가득 찬 가방들을 산타의 썰매에 실으려고 말이야

They were busy as bees but they froze at the sound
그들은 벌처럼 바쁘게 일했지만 이 소리를 듣고 다 얼어버렸지

When our robbery crew... shouted "down on the ground!"
우리 강도단이... "모두 엎드려!"라고 말했을 때 말이야

Then a plan as efficient as clockwork commenced
그리고 시계바늘처럼 정확하고 빠른 계획이 시작되었어

Where they melted away the elves' snowball defense
엘프들의 눈뭉치 방어들을 녹여가면서

Then they hog tied the reindeers inside of their fence
담장 안에 있는 순록들과 도와주러 온 녀석들을 모두 묶었지

And the helpers soon slept... thanks to gas in the vents
그 녀석들은 바로 골아떯어졌었어... 환풍구에서 스며나온 가스 덕에 말이야

(Nice touch!)
(좋은 움직임이다!)

They blew up the fuse box and turned on night vision
그들은 두꺼비집을 폭파시키고 야시장비를 켰어

Then they utilized shape charges to get inside
그리고 성형작약을 사용해서 안으로 들어갔지

They drilled through security doors with precision
경비실 문을 아주 정확히 드릴로 뚫었어

Then manhandled Santa and had him tied
그리고 산타를 아주 거칠게 다루고 묶어버렸지

(Serves him right, big red fucker!)
(제대로 대하고 있지, 크고 빨간 새끼!)

Santa was tougher to crack than they thought
그들이 생각했던 것보다 산타는 불게 만들기 어려웠어

He just wouldn't surrender the code for the vault
금고의 비밀번호를 절대로 안말해주더라고

Though they stepped on his glasses so he couldn't see
산타가 아무것도 볼 수 없게 그의 안경을 밟아버렸고

And an ice pick was used... to crack open his knee
얼음뚫는 송곳으로... 산타의 무릎을 찔러넣었지만 말이지

After water board torture and kicking his balls
물고문과 불알차기 후에

After hours of smashing his face into walls
몇시간동안 벽에다 얼굴을 박은 후에야

They finally realized just what did the trick
어떻게 해야 산타가 말해줄 지 알아냈어

When they threatened cut off... Santa's beard, so thick
그들이 산타의 두꺼운 수염을... 잘라버리겠다고 협박했을 때 말이야

(You have got a dirty mind!)
(더러운 상상하고 있구나!)

So he gave up the code and they all gathered 'round
그래서 그는 비밀번호를 불었고 크루는 모두 모였어

To find out just what treasures were there to be found
금고 안에 어떤 보물들이 있는지 보려고 말이야

As the vault door swung open they realized why
금고 문이 활짝 열렸을 때 그들은 깨달았지

A heist against Santa had never been tried
산타를 터는 일이 왜 한번도 시도되지 않았는지 말이야

They looked in the vault and they all felt like rookies
그들은 금고 안을 보았고 완전 초짜라고 느꼈지

See, inside there were just... lots of milk and cookies
그 안에는 그저... 우유와 쿠키가 잔뜩 들어있었을 뿐이었어

(Aw, dear god - you fucking amateurs! Why d'you think no one's done it before? Dickheads...)
